The hotel is gorgeous, very cozy, and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely be returning. The room was quite small, not enough towels, not a proper closet, a little old, and had a lousy view. However, everything else we could ask for was beautiful and luxurious. The comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, and perfect location for food, drinks, shopping, and transportation made our stay wonderful.

Rooms

The room was good, with a cozy view of the river. The only downside was the small size and lack of certain amenities.
Service

The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff were attentive and quick to resolve any issues, like the water problem we had. Special recognition goes to Siobhan, Kaylie, Elizabeth, and Katelyn for their fantastic service. We look forward to returning next year.
Location

The location was excellent, close to theaters, eateries, and main shops within a short walking distance. The only downside was being in a slightly less pleasant corner of Cork.

The hotel is situated in a perfect central location despite the rooms being small and lacking cleanliness. Although my room overlooked a side street, the coziness made up for it.

The hotel's location was great, very central, but it would have been better if free parking was available instead of having to pay an additional fee. Despite being close to a homeless shelter in a less upscale part of town, the overall location was convenient for exploring the city.

The hotel is in a prime location, just a few minutes from the train station and city center shops, offering wonderful views of the city. The rooms, though slightly smaller than desired, are beautifully furnished and well-kept, with thoughtful touches like a bottle of prosecco for guests. The service, while friendly, seemed a bit understaffed at times. The dining options were good, but with some room for improvements in meeting all dietary preferences. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor hiccups.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was delicious and abundant, although the restaurant menu was too fancy for my taste. The room we were initially given felt like a prison cell, so I would recommend opting for a larger room if you can.

The hotel had some lovely touches in the room, such as a bottle of prosecco on ice and some treats, but the room itself had dirty walls, flat-pack-like furniture, a small bed, and a thin duvet. The location was excellent, perfect for exploring day and night. However, the room was too hot, and opening the window was a challenge.
